Shipping Policy

We deliver across the United Kingdom. Delivery options, costs and estimated timescales for your address are shown at checkout before you pay.

How your order travels

• Coving, skirting and panel lengths are bulky items and are packed in protective 2-metre parcels, delivered by our specialist carrier.
• Samples and small accessories are sent as standard parcels.
• Orders over £400 qualify for free UK delivery.

Checking your delivery

Please check the package on arrival. Lengths inside are numbered so you can confirm the pack is complete. If anything arrives missing or damaged, contact us through our contact page with photos before starting installation and we will put it right.

Missed or failed deliveries

If a delivery cannot be completed, the carrier will leave instructions or attempt redelivery. Long parcels cannot always be left with neighbours or in safe places; please provide a delivery address where someone can receive them.
